The entire outdoor area, including the pavilion, garden and bar, may be reserved for your occasion; or you may choose to reserve only the pavilion or bar area. Rental fees are negotiable, dependant upon time of day, and day of week. The Belvedere Pavilion seats approximately 80 guests comfortably.

Music is permissable until midnight, and the outside bar may be kept open until midnight. No form of alcoholic beverage may been brought into, or removed from the premises of the Spring Valley Inn. Cakes may be brought onto the premises, or one of our in-house bakers may be utilized. If you require linens other than those provided, the cost is passed from our supplier directly to you.

A $200.00 deposit is required at time of booking. The deposit is completely refundable up to 30 days before the date of the party.

For all parties of 10 or more, Spring Valley Inn reserves the right to add the gratuity to the bill:

Indoor Parties
6% Pennsylvania sales tax and 18% gratuity will be added to the check

Outdoor Parties
6% Pennsylvania sales tax and 20% gratuity will be added to the check
